In addition to your application and immunization records, the following are required for admission review:

• An official ACT, SAT, or CLT score sent to ÂÜÀòÉç.
  
  • For ACT requests, please choose the super score option when taking the test or order afterward through . ÂÜÀòÉç's code is 2254.
  • For SAT requests, please send when taking the test or order afterward through . ÂÜÀòÉç's code is 1907.
  • For CLT requests, please send your test scores to ÂÜÀòÉç through .
• A final and official high school transcript sent to ÂÜÀòÉç.*
  
  • Final and official transcripts are sent after the high school graduation date listed directly from the school to ÂÜÀòÉç.

The items below are not required for admission consideration, but necessary for academic planning and evaluation:

• If you have taken college courses while in high school, Advanced Placement exams, or CLEP exams, contact the college or organization to order individual official records. ÂÜÀòÉç's transfer of credits policy provides details.
  
  • College Courses: Order an official and final transcript from the institution to be send directly to ÂÜÀòÉç Carey University.*
    The transcript should show all courses either completed with a grade or notification of withdrawal.
  • Advanced Placement scores are ordered through and are sent to ÂÜÀòÉç's Registrar's Office.
  • CLEP exam scores are also ordered through and are sent to ÂÜÀòÉç's Registrar's Office.
